Thursday, August 29th, Kirchner Elementary students and staff celebrated College Colors Day with a pep rally, promoting college awareness.
The purpose was to help students explore what their ideas of college are and how college could make a difference in their lives.
Throughout the week, students expressed their initial thoughts about college, recognized that higher level of education generally correlate with higher earnings, and identified some of the characteristics they value in college.
Kirchner students had a blast!
