Friday, August 30th, Ms Lopez' class at Darr wasted no time hitting the books.
The students listened to a total of 5 read alouds per week and recorded the titles daily in their log.
The students' favorite books were from the author David Parker.
The book taught them about rules and procedures that they need to follow at school such as showing respect.
The Mavericks are eager to meet their reading goal this year!
