Wednesday, September 11th, Winn High School Cosmetology students started applying the concepts they learned on facial makeup.
The more they practice the more they will perfection their technique while bringing their unique style to the table.
WHS wants to congratulate Mrs. Felan and her Cosmetology students on their continuous dedication in class.
