September 11, 2001 was a date that changed our country completely.
On Wednesday, September 11, students in Mrs. Diaz' English 1 class at Winn commemorated the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on our country by writing about their knowledge of the event and its significance in our history.
Students then put their writings together to create a mural to show how, even though these Freshmen were not around in 2001, they still keep the memory of those who lost their lives.
