EPHS Economics Students presented their end of the term project on October 15, 2019.
Students were tasked to create a Pop Up Restaurant.
Students had to create a Logo; 3D Model; decide on decorations and design uniforms for their staff. Once that was decided upon; students would then decide on items to place on their menu that they would present to the class.
