29 Eagle Pass High School students were inducted into the Southwest Texas Junior College Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society on Friday, October 4, 2019.
The ceremony was held at the City of Eagle Pass ICT. Students were invited to join because they had completed 12 college hours and had a grade point average of 3.5 or better.
Students who are inducted are eligible for PTK scholarships at most universities when they transfer.
SWTJC invites students in the fall and in the spring if they meet the criteria. No doubt EPHS will have another group of students inducted in the spring.
