Gonzalez, home of the Mighty Bobcats, is where he calls home and his classroom is is gridiron. In the game of education and academic excellence, Mr. Gonzalez is HBG's Tom Landry. In weekly team meetings, at no time do you hear him talk about a hail mary approach to education, it is always the contrary actually. Over the years he has devised many strategies to ensure student and campus success. It is impressive as he huddles with his students and masterminds plans of mathematical solutions. It is simply amazing to watch him stay within the pocket as he delivers unbelievable plays that make the students shine and achieve greatness.
