January 20th, Glass Elementary participated in the annual Maverick County Junior Livestock Show Piggy Gram Fundraiser, but this year they added their own special twist. Ms. Rosanna Rios and Mr. Timoteo Chaires competed on a "Kiss a Pig Challenge" in which students voted by purchasing the Piggy Grams. The fundraiser came to a close and the "Kiss a Pig Challenge" winner was announced during a school wide assembly!
Mr. Chaires was the "winner" and puckered up to the pig!
