On Thursday April 27th, Eagle Pass High School Student Council hosted the Spring Pep Rally with the awesome theme of "EPHS' Got Talent."
This pep rally was meant to showcase all the talent EPHS has on their campus; from the many different spring athletics, to the different groups that deserved to be recognized for outstanding achievement throughout the year such as the award winning TX92nd AFJROTC, the Mighty Eagle Band, Mariachi "Águilas del Norte," the Jazz Band, Color Guard, Drumline, and the stunning Second Street Band that brought the house down!
On hand were also skilled performers such as Adelina Hernandez who opened up with a stunning rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner, Nicole Gutierrez who sang "Porque No Le Calas," Paulina Cumpian sang Moana's "How Far I'll Go," and April Gonzalez sang "Rise Up."
The talented EPHS cheerleaders and Diamond Dancers also performed! Finally, a very special thanks to the Liberty Elementary Cheerleaders who honored everyone with their spirited routines.
