Ms. Roque, 4th grade teacher from Armando Cerna Elementary, would like to send a loud and proud congratulations to all her students that participated in Cerna's Halloween Parade on October 31st.
She is especially proud to announce that her class swept the 4th grade division and won ALL the categories!
