RVLA recently held their annual parent/child pumpkin decorating contest.
Parent and child decorate a silhouette of a pumpkin given to them, thus allowing them to bond and create
everlasting memories.
U.S. Border Patrol judged the pumpkins and winners were announced during the Halloween Costume Parade. Parents and children were extremely anxious to hear the results!
