Wednesday, February 7th, Perfecto Mancha Elementary staff
surprised their beloved Mustang counselor, Mrs. Julieta Rangel-Miranda, with a special breakfast celebration!
The staff gathered to thank her for everything she does for their campus and wish her a happy National Counselors' Week.
