Friday, April 27th, Pete Gallego opened their doors Eagle Pass native and published novelist, Guadalupe Garcia McCall.
Miss Garcia McCall visited the campus and gave insight into one of her most recognized books, “Summer of the Mariposas”.
It was a great way for the students to connect with the novel and bring the tale to life.
Pete Gallego would like to thank Miss Garcia McCall for being such an inspiration and for taking the time to visit their campus.
