Wednesday, May 2nd, Mrs. Duran's 5th pd Forensic Science class at CC Winn completed a "Bloodstain Pattern Analysis" lab.
Students have been studying blood typing and blood spatter for the last two weeks.
The week prior, the students did a similar lab in which they examined the effects of height, velocity and angles on blood stains.
This lab was meant to simulate and analyze different types of blood patterns left at crime scenes.
The techniques and analysis the students used are similar to those that forensic investigators use to solve crimes!
