Thursday, May 3rd, C.C. Winn Maverick Band students worked hard on their assigned musical pieces for “Solo and Ensemble,”all while taking advantage of the beautiful weather.
The students have worked a tremendous amount of time this past week preparing their musical piece.
Each musician was assigned into an ensemble at the beginning of the semester and it is their responsibility to be able to learn the music on their own and play it from beginning to end with minimal to no mistakes.
The purpose of Solo and Ensemble is not only for the students to become stronger musicians, but also for them to develop into responsible musicians as well.
