Wednesday, April 10th, Ms. Lopez' 1st grade class at Darr were able to recognize that a plant needs water, light, soil, and space to grow.
Each student made their own flower pot and planted their seed in soil.
Once they were done, they decided that the best place for their plants was next to the window in order to absorb light from the sun.
The students are now anxiously waiting for their plants to grow!
