Monday, June 24th, EPISD Bilingual Summer Program continued their discovery of their new vocabulary words.
The active students in Mrs. Villegas' class utilized abstract thinking while figuring out a way of creating a cage with a piece of butcher paper, scissors, and tape.
The students collaborated with their peers to brainstorm a way to complete the challenge!
After a while of thinking and trying ideas, the students were able to create a cage and lock hungry cheetahs, bears, lions, and monkeys in their cages!
Learning new vocabulary can always be fun!
Way to go!
