On January 13, 2020 Mr. Ricardo Hoffman covered checks and balances in his U.S. Government class at WHS. He went over the powers of the three different branches of government (legislative, executive, judicial) and how these powers limit each other. He explained who runs each branch and the importance of the powers being separated to avoid one branch to gain more power than the others. WHS would like to thank Mr. Hoffman for spreading his knowledge on how the U.S. government works and balances to serve the country.
