On Tuesday, January 14, C.C. Winn High School's Student Council President Samantha Cardenas and Vice-President Yazmin Rivera were invited to attend the monthly School Board meeting in recognition of the month of January is School Board recognition month. In accordance with the theme for this year, "Launching The Next Generation", StuCo gave all the Board Members individual jars, filled with some sweet treats, and are personalized with their names on them. Samantha and Yazmin also had the opportunity to present a speech to everyone in attendance for their immense gratitude and appreciation they have towards our School Board in all they do to continue making EPISD an amazing district.
