C.C. Winn's Maverick Football team showed appreciation for their teachers by asking them to wear their football jerseys on open week. Wednesday, October 4th, the yearly tradition continued as the football players were given the opportunity, to once more, ask a teacher they felt has been supportive of them and whom they feel has made a positive impact in their life to wear their football jersey during the school day.
Undoubtedly, this humble act of gratitude and appreciation brings an immense amount of pride and satisfaction to the teaching staff.
The Winn family works together as they strive for student success, both on and off the field.
