Thursday, October 12, 2017, the 2nd grade students from Armando Cerna Elementary in Mrs. Mata, Mrs. Guerrero-Rodriguez, Mrs. Ibarra and Mrs. Garcia Morales' classes learned about the different states of matter: solid, liquid and gas!
The Stallions used slime to display the various types of matter.
The slime pours on to the table and runs off hands as a liquid, but is obviously able to be picked up and held like a solid.
Students also followed the steps of the scientific method to conduct this experiment.
The students loved and enjoyed this activity so much!
