The evening of October 18th, C. C. Winn VOE students decorated Maverick County Tax Office according to this month's theme - Halloween!
Andrea Gutierrez and Jessica Hernandez took advantage of this opportunity to demonstrate their skills in creativity and allow Eagle Pass citizens to join in the spirit of this holiday.
