Friday, April 20th, the Advanced Drama students at CC Winn presented Federico Garcia Lorca's "Bodas de Sangre".
The play tells the tragic story of the "Novia" who marries a good man while still being in love with her ex-boyfriend Leonardo.
The saga addresses several universal themes, among them society norms, gender roles, love and honor.
Advanced Drama is under the direction of Mr. Adolfo Flores.
The Maverick Spanish students enjoyed reading the play in class and watching it come to life on stage!
