November 27th and November 28th, students from CC Winn High School collaborated with students from Eagle Pass High School to create a PSA showcasing how the school district provides nutrients that are needed.
This PSA included the meal pattern that contains at least 3 to 5 components that you need.
This pattern includes grains, dairy, protein, fruits and vegetables.
The PSA included topics like lunch, breakfast, the reimbursable meal, and competitive foods.
CC Winn High School would like to thank the students from both high schools that truly came together as one district in order for this to be achieved.
WHS was represented by EPISD Spirit Ambassadors Ricky Morales and Tanya Garcia, as well as Justis Roiz, Luis Ainslie, and Esmeralda Gonzalez.
