Friday, February 22nd, Mrs. Chio's class at LDC concluded their lesson on rocks and minerals with a fun and hands-on activity.
Each Lil' Mav received a "rock" that they had to investigate and find out just what it was made out of!
The surprise for the students was that inside each "rock" was a tiny dinosaur souvenir for them to keep.
The class had fun exploring rocks and enjoyed getting dirty!
