Tuesday, March 12th, Eagle Pass High School held a National Letter of Intent ceremony for Shanya Luna.
Shanya signed a letter of commitment to run for Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Members of Shanya's family, coaches, friends, and EPHS staff were all present during this wonderful ceremony.
EPHS Principal, Mr. Cox, would like to convey the pride he and his campus feel when they see their athletes getting these opportunities.
Less than 1% of high school athletes become collegiate athletes and EPHS is so proud of Shanya for joining these amazing ranks.
