Wednesday, March 13th, Eagle Pass High School Economic classes presented their 9 Weeks Store Project. Students had to apply all that they learned through out the 9 weeks to complete this project.
They used the concepts of supply, demand and price to create "food stores".
EPHS staff and administration is giving "money" to come and purchase items at the various stores.
Students have to be quick on their feet to get their teachers and administrators busy because part of the assignment is to see who earns the most "money" at the end of the day.
