Tuesday, March 26th, the students in Mr. Cardenas' Advanced Agriculture Science class at Eagle Pass High School continued learning about Meat Identification.
The students were tasked with identifying the various types of meat products.
The Eagles had to see what type of cut the meat was, if it was round, if it was a flank etc.
