Wednesday, March 13th, from 6 pm - 8:30 pm Ray Darr Elementary hosted a Star Gazing event.
This event gave students and staff the opportunity to look up at the beautiful stars that hang above us every night.
The Mavericks are proud to announce that they had a spectacular turn out with over 100 parents and students combined; the event also brought in help from CC Winn's National Honor Society.
A special thanks to Mr. Picazo and the 5th grade teachers for organizing the event.
