Monday, March 4th, Mrs. Tellez' 1st grade class at Rosita Valley read Dr. Seuss' "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish".
The Roadrunners used this story as a jumping off point for their class bar graph activity.
Each student was given gummy fish and was asked show the amount of fish they each had.
They discussed greater, less than and equal amounts.
They also compared their graphs among each other.
As a special treat, Mrs. Tellez gave her students yummy jell-o!
