C.C. Winn’s National Honor Society held a campus wide community service project in which they collected donations for The Buddy Foundation.
NHS asked Maverick Nation to collected dog food for the Buddy Foundation and the class that turned in the most would receive a tasty pizza party!
Monday, February 25th, Mrs. J. Mercer’s 2nd period class was named the winning class on campus, collecting almost 250 pounds of dog food!
NHS thanks them for making such a positive impact in their community and their pizza party is well-deserved.
