Many high schools across Region 11 auditioned for 32 spots in the Texas Music Educators Association Region Mariachi.
C.C. Winn High school was fortunate to have 4 students selected for in this highly competitive ensemble.
March 1st and 2nd, Seniors Francisco Escobedo, Carolina Ramirez, Jose Hinojosa and Sophomore Ximena Garcia Zua-Zua traveled up to Southwest Legacy High school in San Antonio to perform a concert with the best of best.
