As part of the committee, the group planned an upcoming event for the Step By Step participants.
Times, dates, and different activities were discussed during the meeting.
The Maverick students more than gladly gave suggestions on decorations, set up, clean up, and prizes.
Mrs. Hernandez, Step by Step Head Director, assigned people to booths and gave specific directions to give participants and volunteers of the event outside of the official committee.
She provided hospitality, as well as food and beverages: hot dogs, tostadas, and water.
