Eagle Pass High School would like to congratulate all the young ladies that competed in the Miss Eagle Pass Texas USA pageant on Sunday, May 19th.
These young ladies are are truly tested. Routines are learned, wardrobe selections are made and practices are held and all require great poise, especially for the interview process and the on stage question.
They are truly supplied with practice in their communication skills and confidence.
Pageants can foster goals and teach discipline.
EPHS is proud to announce that Senior Martha Cerda was crowned Miss Eagle Pass Texas USA and freshman Alize Ramon was crowned Miss Teen Eagle Pass Texas USA.
Martha is this year's cheer captain and president of the French Club among many other leadership roles she keeps on campus.
She is also one of these year's Top 5% Graduates.
Also, notable is the accomplishment of 1st runner up, Senior Camila Bruno in the Miss Division and 2nd runner Junior Jordyn Reyes in the Teen Division.
Good luck Martha with the new task of positive community role model for many other young ladies aspiring accomplish the same.
Best wishes to Camila, as she will have the opportunity to compete in the Miss Southwest Texas Pageant next month.
