Friday, August 30th, Mr. De los Santos' 5th grade class at Ray Darr Elementary dove into the magical world of plot!
Plot refers to the sequence of events inside a story where each event affects the next through the principle of cause-and-effect.
To understand the concept more, the class created plot diagrams of their favorite stories.
A plot diagram is an organizational tool focusing on a pyramid or triangular shape, which is used to map the events in a story.
