Wednesday, August 28th, Mrs. Ortiz' 2nd grade class at Seco Mines identified even and odd numbers during their math block.
The Miners paired off and learned that even numbers are numbers where everyone has a buddy.
They then discovered that when a student doesn't have a buddy that is an odd number!
