Wednesday, August 28th, Mrs. Moreno's 2nd grade class at Seco Mines was blasted had the opportunity to journey all around the world!
The Miners had little pieces of the world transported to their classroom in the form of sand!
The students were tasked with observing sand from all over the world with a hands lens.
They were treated to sand of all kinds; soft, white, rough, and colored.
Way to go Miners!
