Tuesday, September 24th, Mrs. Herrera's Biology students at Eagle Pass High School conducted the "Catalase Enzyme Liver Lab."
The students were able to observe and interpret how temperature, pH, and denaturation affects rate of the enzyme's chemical reaction.
