Glass Elementary complies with the Texas Public School Nutrition Policies.
Students can "Build Their Plate" as they are given the option of a minimum of 3 of 5 food components, meeting the required choice of meat or meat alternate, dairy, grain, fruit, and vegetable.
Wednesday, September 11th, students were reminded by the great cafeteria staff that one of the items taken must be a fruit or vegetable.
