At Winn High, students READ! Friday, September 6th was National Read a Book Day and Seniors at Winn High made a day of it.
Reminiscing about DEAR days, they did just that, they dropped everything and read! Mrs. Mercer's senior classes visited the library and spent the period reading.
Reading is crucial in developing the necessary college skills and Winn High is getting it done.
Whether it is National Read a Book Day or not, Maverick Nations encourages you to Drop Everything and READ!
