WHS's Presents the Class of 2020
On January 13, 2020, WHS English teacher Mr. Hurtado assigned the Self-Presentation Assignment to students in order to introduce themselves to their new teacher this second semester. They presented a recent picture, most memorable moment, elementary pictures, jr. high pictures, favorite things in life, their friends, family, goals, and what they would like to become after graduating as a Maverick from C.C. Winn High School. It was a requirement to have at least 10 slides with a minimum of 2 minutes. It is a great way of expressing oneself. Mr. Hurtado reminds his students to always cope with failure and to find your passion. Senior year is coming to an end and the Senior Class of 2020 is one step closer to graduating. Good luck Seniors, you are at the home stretch. Go Mavs!
