Wednesday, October 12th, Perfecto Mancha Elementary hosted their Drug Free Red Ribbon Rally with a very interesting theme. The Mancha Mustangs wore their Red Ribbons with pride as they all gathered to "Vote" to spend their life Drug Free. The rally was filled with words from EPISD Administration and Student Council Officers Princess Torres and Izhar Mauricio, Border Patrol demonstrations, and cheer and dance performances.
