This week — Monday, October 17 through Friday, October 21, 2016 — millions of students are casting their vote for who they want to be the next president of the United States, plus giving their opinion on the most important issues of the day. It’s the largest mock election for young people in the United States today! Memorial Jr. High was one of five schools in the nation that Channel One News selected to feature on their show this week. Channel One was treated to Memorial decorated from top to bottom and a pep-rally that was filled with red, white, and blue cheer!
