Wednesday, November 8th, Eagle Pass I.S.D. Transportation Director Mr. M. Reyes hosted a Central Texas Association for Pupil Transportation (CENTEX) meeting at the Fine Arts Building.
Opening the meeting was E.P.I.S.D. Superintendent, Mr. Gilberto Gonzalez, who was followed by Deputy Superintendent for District Operations, Mr. Eduardo Trevino.
EPISD Police Department DARE Officer, Micheal Torralba, had the privilege of being the guest speaker and used this platform to describe the DARE program and the positive impact it has on the students.
TX Department of Public Safety Troopers and the Maverick County Sheriff also informed the audience of the bus safety awareness campaign they have with EPISD Transportation Department.
