On Wednesday, November 1st, Kirchner Elementary's Red Ribbon festivities were in full swing as they celebrated 'Boot out Drugs' in Cowboy boots.
They also we treated to some words of wisdom by Eagle Pass' Fire Department and how to remain safe in case of an emergency.
