Mr. Rey Gonzalez' students are applying their cross-curriculum knowledge in their CTE Construction Class at Winn High School.
Thursday, November 8th, students measured and designed storage cabinets using concepts learned in geometry.
These Mavericks apply their analytical skills in making decisions about the material used, weight and size of the finished product.
OSHA certification and safety procedures were covered at the beginning of the semester to make sure students were in compliance and understood the importance of following these basic rules of safety in their construction shop.
