Monday, November 5th, Mrs. Salinas’ English II students at CC Winn were introduced to a new EPISD program, myON Reading.
Students were able to log into the school district website and access myON through the Links page.
Students took a vocabulary quiz to measure their lexcile level.
A lexcile level is an approximate number that lets students know what reading grade level they have mastered.
Students were excited to learn their reading levels.
They then could choose from thousands of online books to read in order to improve their reading grade levels.
Students can also access the MyOn program at home.
