Roadrunners Feel the Burn

Thursday, November 1st, Rosita Valley Coach Castillo put her students to the test!
The Roadrunners had to show off their skills in a variety exercises. 
Fitness Thursday consists of 1 lap, 15 v sit ups, and 10 push ups. 
This is done 3 times and each student does it at their own pace. 
Way to work those muscles Roadrunners!
