Friday, November 9th, Mrs. Tellez' 1st grade class at Rosita Valley Elementary practiced their map skills.
They reviewed the 4 cardinal points, compass rose, used a map key, and identified oceans and land in a globe divided by an equator.
They finalized their lesson by creating a classroom map using cut out images.
