Thursday, November 15th, the students at Graves Elementary were given the Festival De Luces Coloring and Essay contest papers from the City of Eagle Pass Parks & Recreation.Michael Rodriguez in Mrs. Y. Ibarra's 1st grade class read the rules for the contest to his classmates.
All Tigers were excited to hear the news about the contest and ready to participate.
